William Edward Enoch, Sr. began his career in the Interlocking Pavement Systems industry in the summer of 1988 by becoming an Apprentice for The Kiwi Company, Inc. in Austin, Texas.
On November 14,1991, Will registered the name "Pave-Tech Interlocking Paving". Shortly, Kiwi Company became Pave-Tech's first customer.
In 1992, Pave-Tech became the first Sub-Contractor in Austin, Texas history to install ADA Ramp Pavers on Austin, Texas street corners. These original ADA ramps are located near Chris Cole School for the Blind. Then in 1994, Pave-Tech was awarded the opportunity to install several Metropolitan Transit Authority Activity Centers' pavers throughout Austin.
In 1996, Will was hired by hardscape products manufacturing giant, Pavestone Company, to head the Contractor Vendor Sales Division in the Austin satellite sales offiice of Pavestone Company. This became quite an educational experience as working for Pavestone Company allowed Will to learn the hardscape product manufacturing process inside and out.
Will's goal at Pavestone Company was to introduce and sell Pavestone products to as many businesses as possible. One way Will met this goal was by teaching the businesses how to correctly and efficiently install Pavestone products, then, sold them the right products for their projects. Will was known in the region for producing and hosting a series of workshops and lunch and learns. As a result of the efforts of Will and the "Austin Outpost" Team, a brand new manufacturing plant was necessary and was built in San Marcos, Texas in 1999.
While at Pavestone Company, Will earned a Paver Sales School certificate in November of 1996 and Installer Certification in 1997.
An opportunity to advance in knowledge of asphalt and concrete pavement testing came in 1999 when Will joined the engineering firm of Fugro BRE (formally Brent Rehut Engineering). Will was on the first team in City of Austin history to collect Pavement Distress Data using a Lightweight Profilometer for BRE Client City of Austin.
In 2001, in an attempt to earn Lego toy money with his then 8 year old son, Will Jr, the the father and son duo founded Painting Address on Curbs or PAC. On July 18, 2007, Will founded Envirostone Concrete Pavers in Houston, Texas to help develop the infant Permeable Pavements Industry. Will is a staunch promoter Permeable Pavement Systems which minimize the storm water runoff, pollution and other issues associated with cast in place concrete and asphalt pavements. Will is a Certified Designer of Permeable Interlocking Concrete Pavements.
On July 25, 2007, Will joined the Paver Connection Team in Katy, Texas to train Hardscape Installation Foremen. Shorly, Will was promoted to design and sales of Hardscape projects. While at Paver Connection, Will earned another Installer certificate from the ICPI. In early 2009, Will was placed in charge of Client, The Home Depot, as the Paver Install Account Representative. As of April, 2009, Will is working to become a LEED Accredited Professional.
On December 8, 2009, Will left Paver Connection and is enhancing the beauty of Interlocking Conrete Pavement through Paver Repair.
