About Will Enoch - ICPI Certified Hardscape Specialist
William Edward Enoch, Sr. began his career in the Interlocking Concrete Pavement Industry
in the Summer of 1988 as an Apprentice for The Kiwi Company, Inc. of Austin, Texas. Later,
through an agreement with Kiwi Company, Will founded Pave-Tech Interlocking Paving on
October 14, 1991. Then, in 1992, while sub-contracting for Austin Bridge and Road
Company, Pave-Tech became the first Contractor to ever install American with Disabilities
Act (ADA) ramp pavers on Austin, Texas street corners. In 1994, Pave-Tech installed
pavers for three noteworthy Capitol Metropolitan Transit Authority Activity Centers in Austin.
In January of 1996, Will was hired by Hardscape manufacturing giant, Pavestone Company,
to head the Contractor Vendor Division in Austin. Will's position at Pavestone was teaching
businesses how to correctly and efficiently install paver systems, then selling them the
right products for each project. While employed by Pavestone Company, Will learned the
Hardscape Products manufacturing process. Will also earned certificates from the
Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute, ICPI. The first for paver sales in November of
1996 and another certificate for knowledge of the correct installation of pavers in 1997.
In 1999, Will joined the engineering firm of Brent Rehut engineering and increased in
knowledge of pavement survey and testing. Will was on the first team in Austin, Texas
history to collect pavement distress data using a Lightweight Profilometer for BRE Client,
City of Austin.
On July 18, 2007, Will founded Envirostone Concrete Pavers to help develop the infant
Permeable Pavements Industry. Will is a staunch promoter Permeable Pavement Systems
which minimize the storm water runoff, pollution and other issues associated with cast in
place concrete and asphalt pavements.
On July 25, 2007, Will joined the Paver Connection Team in Katy, Texas and designed
Hardscape projects. As of April, 2009, Will is working to become a LEED Accredited
Professional.
On June 8, 2009, Will founded Kid Owned Business Enterprise League, whose
mission is to "bond families through Kid Owned Business Enterprise with a by-

Conrete Pavement through Paver Repair.
